# help bounce/unsubscribe folder

Hi,  
  
I’m having some problems setting up IMAP bounce and unsubscribe folder on Mautic Email settings.  
  
I’ve setup AWS SES and SNS. And I’m very happy about the deliverability.  
  
I tried GMAIL (app for work IMAP) and also another commercial IMAP with another subdomain.  
  
  
  
Are you available to help me troubleshooting and set up the mautic settings, as a paid consulting?

Ok.

Cronjobs works  
AWS SES e SNS are working, I receive the SNS bounce notification, but the segment of email bounces is not updated, it is always to zero names.

Of course I can pay you for the troubleshooting/consultancy.
