# Help please! just getting started w/Mutic

Hi Guys
I’ve downloaded Mautic. Before I get started I wanted to find out if setting up things like email automation, segmentation would require some skills in html or any other programs.
Or is it the case of where by if I’ve used the likes of mailchimp, aweber etc. then its straight forward.
