# How can I make a segment that includes the contacts that did not read a specific email?

Hello. I have the following question. How can I make a segment that includes the contacts that did not read a specific email? I know I can make a segment that includes the contacts that read a certain email, but I can’t find anything about unread emails. Thank you

Wouldn’t that work?

Probably you need to test for users who you send that email at the same time?
