# How do you map fields in the salesforce plugin

**Your problem**  
Hi, can someone help me? I have been trying to set up my mautic with salesforce but when I follow the instructions I seem to be missing a step.

I have authorised the pluging and that seems to be fine, but the instructions are telling me that I need to map the fields through the filed mapping tab on the plugin but that tab isn’t showing.

Can someone tell me what I’m doing wrong?
