# How to add ssl

My Mautic version is: v3.3.5  
My PHP version is: PHP Version 7.3.29  
My Database type and version is:

**Your problem**  
My problem is:  
How to add SSL to mautic  
I have done all setup everything is working great but due to non secure I am facing problem  
is there any way without purchasing SSL how can i make my mautic secure with SSL  
or redirect to SSL i.e Https

Hi,

this is a question of web server configuration and ssl certificate not directly with Mautic. I use letsencrypt a lot it works ok. You have renew the cerifcicate every 3 months, but its free: [https://certbot.eff.org/](https://certbot.eff.org/)

When you select webserver and OS on the link I provided you, you get the instructions, give it a try 🙂
