# How to bind form code to an Image

Can you kindly tell me how to bind a mautic formcode to an Image on my website.  
  
so when user click on it. it opens a form?

Basic HTML  
Using an Image as a Link  
To use an image as a link, simply nest the ![]() tag inside the tag:

Example  
  
  ![HTML tutorial]()

You could even create a modal page for your mautic form so it functions a s a pop up
