# How to change the date of a custom field in a campaign?

Hi,  
  
  
  
I would like to record when a visitor has taken a specific action by registering “today’s” date to in a custom field. Is it possible to record the current date in a custom field in a campaign using the campaign builder?  
  
  
  
Or does this need to be programmed manually?
