# How to configure MaxMind GeoIP2 Precision on Mautic Cloud Free?

Hi,  
  
I have to configure MaxMind GeoIP2 Precision on Mautic Cloud Free.  
  
I tried to enter my credentials in the “IP lookup service authentication” field using the “UserID:LicenseKey” and the “LicenseKey” format but the service does not work ![:-(]( ":-(")  
  
Any ideas?
