# How to Diagnose Tweets not arriving

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 3.3.3  
My PHP version is: PHP Version 7.3.27  
My Database type and version is: mysqld Ver 10.3.25-MariaDB

**Your problem**  
My problem is:  
I have setup the Twitter API integration and have setup a campaign to tweet to contacts. I’m testing it and there tweets are not arriving with the recipient and not showing as sent in my Twitter profile.

How might I diagnose where the problem might be as I’m not seeing any errors in the [mautic]/var/logs/mautic\_prod… files and nothing in syslog to indicate issues.

All help gratefully received.

These errors are showing in the log:  
No errors I can see in the logs.

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:  
Setup a test campaign to tweet out to contacts, can see the campaign correctly triggering and sending the tweets (they are just not arriving in the real world)

I would suggest by taking a look at what the responses are from Twitter.

Here are the docs on troubleshooting: [Twitter API Response Codes & Error Support | Twitter Developer Platform](https://developer.twitter.com/en/support/twitter-api/error-troubleshooting) - take a look in the developers portal and see if there are any issues being flagged there.
