# How to disable Tracking Image (mtracking.gif)

Hi.  
  
  
  
For not known reasons the “normal” Tracking Javascript is loading also the Tracking Image (mtracking.gif) all the time. Is there a way to disable this behavior?  
  
  
  
Even when using the WP-Plugin and deselecting the option “Tracking Image - Activate it when JavaScript is disabled?” it still gets loaded.
