# How to insert contact's select field label

Hi, I’d like to insert not the value (2) of a contact’s select field but the label (1). How?

Not exactly easy tu understand what you try to accomplish… You can keep both 1 and 2 identical (label text = value text) so the label text is inserted into the database.
