We need to set up an email reminder to send out to a specific segment every 6 months.

I started with a simple block setup (as shown in the screenshot), but I’m unsure how to reset the campaign after the email is sent to ensure it automatically triggers again in 6 months. I don’t see an option to loop it back to the beginning after the email block. How can I configure the campaign to reset itself after sending the email to the segment?

My other question is, what happens if a new member is added to the campaign midway through the 6-month cycle? That member wouldn’t receive the email at the same time as the others, correct? What would be the best way to ensure all members of the segment receive the reminder email at the same time?

You can set a Jump to Send email with 6 months waiting.

Thank you … I wasn’t sure if this Jump to Send email would actually wait 6 month again or send email instantly in a loop after waiting 6 month lol …

I’ll give jump a try.

I test this and it kept going into a loop sending me 5000+ emails until I killed the spool folder to stop it.

It doesn’t seem to honor the 6 month waiting on email block so now I am testing it with jump block to wait before looping back

Yeah putting timer on the Jump to Send email block worked. This is the way to go …

Don’t put the timer on the Send Email block … The Jump block totally ignore the timer on email block.

Thank you everyone who helped!
