# How to manage many accounts from one?

Hi community!  
  
Hope to find your help here. I am working for a NGO that help other small and medium NGOs to optimise their processes. Looking for a tool that help us to do this with their fundraising strategy we ended up with Mautic.  
  
  
  
So basically the question would be… **how do we manage different NGOs profiles/accounts from ours? how do we set up different email accounts and contact details for each one?**

Do you mean adding different users? You can do that in settings/users with different email accounts and contact details. You can add and choose any role for the users in settings/roles.

The idea is manage different NGOs from one account.

Unfortunately thats not possible yet(?) with the downloadable edition.
