# How to setup a campaign for an event with reminders?

Hi there

I’m setting up a campaign where participants can choose one out of x given dates in a form (at the moment I use a dropdown. Immediately they’ll get a confirmation-email. So far so good.

But how do I set up a reminder 3 days before the given date they’ve chosen?

Hi, the filter for 3 days before a date is (assume your reminder date is ReminderDate custom field)

ReminderDate \< 3 days

If you set this, then when your date is within 3 days, the filter will be true and you can start the reminder campaign.
