# How to stop automated mails after a response?

Friends,
I’m trying to automate a part of my cold outreach process with Mautic. I aim to make 5 total email touches with prospects. After I will send the first personalized email written by me, I want Mautic to continue with 4 more emails before dropping a lead. But I also want it to stop after I get a response. No worries about autoresponders here.
How can I set up Mautic to stop sending emails after a contact responds?

I thought about the same. For the moment I think its not yet possible. It would need something like the bounces monitoring of a mailbox. But this time in order to monitor responses …
