# Hubspot to Mautic Plug-in Not Functioning

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 3.3.4  
My PHP version is: 7.3.28-1  
My Database type and version is: mysql\_aurora 5.7

**Your problem**  
My problem is: Hubspot Plug-in Not Reading/Writing to Mautic. Also, I’m seeing a weird red box in the plug-in config around the email field in the contact field mapping (screenshot attached).

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: Reset plug-in. I haven’t refreshed the API key. I’ve tried to clear fields that aren’t necessary. I’ve added contacts/companies in Hubspot, but nothing’s populating in Mautic.

Any ideas?
