Plz click on the image you’d like to link + brush icon right upper corner.  
In the newly appeared settings search for the line “href”.  
Your link goes here.

Wait, I think I know why. Probably you are using a HTML template. 😑  
You should use MJML…

Thank you, I didn’t know the Code Mode and Blank were HTML templates not MJML.
