# I can’t access the configuration page on my mautic install. When I try to access s/config/edit page. 503 Service Unavailable error

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: v4.10  
My PHP version is: 7.4  
My Database type and version is: 10.3.39-MariaDB

**Your problem**  
My problem is: In mautic application while i open configuration in settings i get this error “503 Service Unavailable  
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.”

These errors are showing in the log: [proxy\_fcgi:error] [pid 22291] (70007)The timeout specified has expired: [client 50.159.148.199:57419] AH01075: Error dispatching request to :, referer: [Mautic](https://app.kpiengage.com/s/login)

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: I have updated the mautic version also clear the cache but the problem still there can’t access configuration page at all.

Can you look in your /var/log/apache in your server to see what the issue is?  
Or yourmauticfolder/var/log ?

Yes i already check in apache logs but i didn’t get anything, but sometimes i get this in logs.
