# I cant save Email template on Mautic 5

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 5  
My PHP version is: 8  
My Database type and version is: mysql

**Your problem**  
My problem is:  
I cant save Email template on Mautic 5  
i find this post: [I can't save the email template](https://forum.mautic.org/t/i-cant-save-the-email-template/19025)

But Mautic is installed on cpanel and I do not have WHM access, I purchased it through hostinger.

If there is a solution as mentioned here, how can I do it? Or is there any other solution?

Hi @readev

The inability to save an edited email template is likely due to missing configurations or folder permissions.  
I’m not entirely sure if I understood your issue correctly, but please note that you cannot save an edited email as a new template. If this is your problem, that could be the reason.

Are you using a wordpress in the same domain? Does this wordpress uses Wordfence or another firewall?  
If not, do you have any kind of firewall enabled or some other web security?

Had problems with that in the past.
