# I have a problem with the CRON of an integrated plugin

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 3.3.3  
My PHP version is: 7.3.28  
My Database type and version is: 5.6.43

**Your problem**  
My problem is:

I have installed a plugin that connects mautic with prestashop, and every time I run the commands of said plugin I get an error in the terminal:

The folder from this plugin is in the directory ‘plugins’:
