# I need to contact "the administrator" - I can't join the slack community... I found here [Mautic Community On Slack](https://www.mautic.org/slack) that I can join the devel team there in Slack. And telling `{}` (which is not very verbose). Please ensure that you are accessing Slack with the same email address as you put in the invitation form. The error you are seeing (there’s been a glitch) is with Slack rather than with Mautic so I can’t help with that part! Maybe also try not using SSO if you were using that, and instead create a user/pw for Slack? ---

Hi guys, i also want to join the Slack community, but i am stuck with being only allowed to register with Google, Apple or email account of domains “@mautic.org”, “@community.mautic.org” or “@acquia.com”. Is there a reason to not allow arbitrary email addresses and how to get one of those last three domains? Thanks, Alex ---

Hi Alex, thanks for letting me know! Sometimes our invite link gets maxed out and we have to reset it, but we never get an alert to that effect! Can you try using [Slack](https://mau.tc/slack-invite) now - hopefully it should let you in! ---

When clicking your Slack link and typing in a random “[alexander.nitsche@community.mautic.org](mailto:alexander.nitsche@community.mautic.org)”, i get * * * Next, confirm your email address We’ve sent an email to [alexander.nitsche@community.mautic.org](mailto:alexander.nitsche@community.mautic.org). Click the button inside to confirm your address. * * * but i am not owning this email address. Can i get this email address or - better - use my (redacted) email address? ---

I’m not seeing the Continue with email so unable to join either at the moment. Clicking the link shows Google/Apple or email with limited domains. ---
