# I receive these emails Subject: Delivery Status Notification (Failure)

My Mautic version is: 4.4.13  
My PHP version is: 7.4.33  
My Database type and version is: 8.0.31-23

**Your problem**  
My problem is:

Hello.

I’m receiving a lot of emails with this issue, I understand that they are bounced emails.

This is the text of the email:  
Subject: Delivery Status Notification (Failure)  
An error occurred while trying to deliver the mail to the following recipients:

The thing is that in the AmazonSES statistics nothing is shown, they are at 0.

This started happening 2/3 days ago. Sending with the same frequency and nothing changed.

Do you know what could have happened for me to suddenly start receiving these emails?

Probably the recipient email box is full.
