# iCalendar format link added to the email

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 3.1.2  
My PHP version is: 7.3.27  
My Database type and version is: mysqilnd 5.2.12-dev

**Your problem**  
My problem is: Is there a way to put an iCalendar Format (\*.ics) link in the email?

Hi, you can attach it. Go to your emai, open it, then adadvanced tab and add attachment.  
Alternatively you can upload the ics file as an attachment, upload as an asset into Mautic, and refer to that link via the Mautic tokan called “assetlink”.
