# IIS and Mautic 5.0.2 Problem

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is:5.0.2  
My PHP version is:8.0.30  
My Database type and version is:10.6.13-MariaDB

**Your problem**  
My problem is: Internal Server Error-500

I uploaded the mautic software, which I downloaded from [GitHub - mautic/mautic: Mautic: Open Source Marketing Automation Software.](https://github.com/mautic/mautic), to the site as a subdomain and added the installation parameters and database connections to the installation page.  
But during the first run, it gave a 404 error at /s/dashboard. Thereupon, I prepared my web.config file as follows.

\<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?\> 

but this time “Uh oh! I think I broke it. If I do it again, please report me to the system administrator!” It gives Error-500 error.

What do you recommend me to do in this situation?
