Hi I’m having problems with no images in the builder showing, and they still don’t show on a live page. In the config general section ‘Relative path to the images directory,’ I had media/images. Mautic is in a subdirectory called email so I tried changing it to email/media/images but still does not work. I created a code view page Code: https://highestperforming.com/email/delete and the image is displayed as the relative path, if I then visit that path Code: https://highestperforming.com/email/media/images/btn\_Facebook.png the image shows up! Any help would be greatly appreciated ---

Just in case it makes a difference I’m using https through ‘Lets Encrypt’ and installed Mautic through Softalcious in my cPanel ---

Thanks @MxyzptlkFishStix but I have used the builder, not pasted any link. I’m trying to get the media to show, but nothing show no matter what I set the configuration outlined in the original post Can anyone help?? ---

How do I access the dev console? I cant see a setting ---

Thanks for the tip! All the images show a 404 error in the console, seems to be because there is an extra part on the url. [https://highestperforming.com/](https://highestperforming.com/)email/email/themes/highestperforming/img/logo.gif If I take the extra email/ out I can load the image in a separate tab. Any idea how I can fix this? Its not from the media settings in the configuration as that works fine ---
