# Importing contacts error

**Your problem**  
My problem is:

These errors are showing in the log: pls check the screenshot. im unable to import the contact quickly.

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: i’ve set limits like 1000, 5000, 10000 etc

Are you importing via the browser or in the background?

im importing in browser so getting this error while when i upload in backgroud the csv doesnt get uploaded.

check attachment, this happens when i upload via backgroud
