# Importing contacts in Mautic.net (cloud) not working properly

Hi  
  
  
  
When importing 100 contacts from a csv file (and I’ve tried a few files), I get one of the following issues:

- only some of the contacts are imported (10% of the list)  
- the import won’t start  
- the import gets stuck half way  
- the import gets stuck at 100% and no contacts are imported  
  
  
  
If I can’t bring my lists into Mautic, the system loses significant value for me.  
  
  
  
Please can someone help me?

since you are using the paid version use the Help button.
