# Inbox received the reply but Mautic didn't recognize it

Did you manage to solve this problem?

I’m having the same issue ([link](https://forum.mautic.org/t/contact-replies-detection-not-working-contact-reply-not-being-processed-correctly/15682)), although I never got campaign e-mail replies to work in the first place.
