# Include "From" field in "Send Form Results" form action

Today it’s impossible to modify who is the mailer of this type of emails, except if the lea has a owner and the configuration “Mailer is Owner” is enabled. It would be great if we can change that by adding :

- From Name
- From email

Both of these can be formfield tokens if necessary
