# Incoming sms

My idea is: can we get an option for incoming text message on mautic

I think these groups of people would benefit from this idea:

Why I think they would benefit from this idea: as i am using twilio for sending out txt message so thats working fine but for getting back for the reply i need to go back to twilio

Any code or resources to support this idea:

Are you willing to work on this idea?: i tried to edit some php function i can make it visible but was not successfull

What skills and resources do you need to explore this further?

As i did configured all in twilio but ther was no call back plugin as i install this plugin it worked

Hello, your idea sounds good, but today, the SMS trojans and viruses are really dangerous because the android platform is more vulnerable to this type of program compared with the IOS platform, so you need to think about this situation when developing any code for SMS processing. If you want to work on sending automatic text messages, you need to add special anti-spam filtres. Also, as an option, if you need to call somewhere but are unsure if you can trust these guys, you can use the [generate temp phone number](https://quackr.io/temporary-phone-number-generator) service to avoid this type of scam in the future. And don’t open any SMS messages from unrecognized phone numbers.
