# Inquiries about Getting Started with Mautic

Hi there!
We’re interested in getting started and I have a few questions:
1. Do you have a cloud platform or is it download-only?
2. If it is download-only, is there a guide for installation?
3. What are the limitations in terms of hosting, contacts, etc?
4. Can we include UTM fields in Contact Records? If so, how would I go about passing that data through step-by-step?
