I have run chown -R apache:apache /var/www/vhosts/octopusreach.com/aem.octopusreach.com chmod -R 755 var/www/vhosts/octopusreach.com/aem.octopusreach.com rm -rf app/cache/\* $ sudo sh -c ‘echo 1 \>/proc/sys/vm/drop\_caches’ $ sudo sh -c ‘echo 2 \>/proc/sys/vm/drop\_caches’ $ sudo sh -c ‘echo 3 \>/proc/sys/vm/drop\_caches’ But still i got error exception ‘RuntimeException’ with message 'Unable to create the cache directory (/var/www/vhosts/octopusreach.com/aem.octopusreach.com/app/cache/prod) in /var/www/vhosts/octopusreach.com/aem.octopusreach.com/app/AppKernel.php:519 Please help ---
