# Installation Woes

A little irritating, but there is no documentation regarding installation? I am told to go open the “web installer” but there is not a web installer, there is jut a page saying “I am offline” etc…  
  
  
  
A little help would be awesome, super excited about diving in.

The offline message appears if there is some fatal error. Could you check files in app/logs folder for a specific error message?
