You can’t reset a contact, you’ll need to delete and re-create. OR you can go in the DB and hack a bit.

I did delete but it still wouldn’t tag it anymore however I got it sorted out.

I figured out that we can’t be logged into Mautic when testing the sign up or register form or otherwise it won’t tag you. Now works every time I test it. Just got to make sure that I am logged out first before testing it.
