**Your software** My Mautic version is: 4.2.0 My Database type and version is: Maria DB **Your problem** My problem is: I Cant find and Checkbox or something like that to unsubscribe a User/Customer manually. Is there a Workflow for the Administrator? Just find out the http request with /subscribe and /unsubscribe with a value. Gorden ---

Some of my users are unable to unsubscribe from the email campaigns that I send them so from time to time, I unsubscribe them. Check forum above
