# Internal Server Error during install new plugin

My Mautic version is:4.4.1  
My PHP version is:8  
My Database type and version is:

**Your problem**  
My problem is: i tried to install SurgeSMSBundle-master when i remame to mauticSurgeSMSBundle an write the command _ **php** _ /var/www/html/_ **mautic** _ /_ **bin** _ /_ **console cache** _ :_ **clear** _ --env=prod  
i encountered this issue Internal Server Error and can`t enter from FTP to remove the plugin and also can`t see all mautic directory in putty

These errors are showing in the log:

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:

when enter from ftp i didn`t find any mautic
