# Is it possible to create dynamic E-Mails?

I’m very new to Mautic, but I’ve figured out this program to some degree. However, what I’m trying to achieve with this platform seems fairly simple and would be ideal; Can I generate an e-mail for a contact based off of information like their state, for example?  
  
  
  
If I wanted to send an email to someone who lived in California vs someone who lives in Texas, I’d like a section of the email to be completely different so that it can be related to explicitly by the individual living there.
