# Is it possible to subscribe via email?

I’m creating a funnel where people need to send me an email to a predetermined email address in order to get on my list.  
  
Of course, they’ll then have to click a confirmation link. And later on, I’ll try to get more information from them.  
  
**But to get on my list initially, they need to send me an email.**  
  
**I explicitly DON’T want them to submit a form at this point (and have several good reasons for doing it this way).**  
  
  
  
So, the big question is:  
  
Is it possible in Mautic to subscribe users without a form i.e. by sending an email to a predetermined address?
