# Is Zapier the only way to go?

Hi @zpetterd you are obviously an expert so i thought i could ask you a question about the problem i’m trying to solve. I sell digital products via [http://www.getdpd.com](http://www.getdpd.com). I want to use mautic to collect leads and then send emails to those leads.  
  
  
  
When a sale is made on DPD (trigger) then the lead would be removed from prospects list and added to the customers list or change the tag from interested to client (i’m still learning mautic and i don’t know if i can use tags instead of lists)  
  
  
  
Is Zapier the only way i can do that?  
  
  
  
I also thought about lead monitoring so that when a sale is made the client will visit a certain page that will have the tracking pixel and so that i can move him to the customers list.  
  
  
  
Do you think will it work?

Have a look here [https://mautic.org/docs/en/campaigns/campaign\_builder.html](https://mautic.org/docs/en/campaigns/campaign_builder.html) and try out the Campaign builder. That is functionality that is all already part of Mautic. There is a plugin that means you can use webhooks in campaigns but the better way to do it would be use site tracking.

You would have a campaign like the following

The source is the prospects list  
You have a condition for if they have visited a certain page, for instance the page that is at the end of the cart sequence  
If they have visited it then add them to the customers list and remove them from the prospects list

Have a go signing up on [Mautic.com](http://Mautic.com) , there isn’t much documentation so you are better off just having a go with a real instance
