# Issue deleting data

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is:v4.2.0  
My PHP version is: 7.4.28

Hey all, i am trying to delete contacts from mautic but without success. I have all of my contacts (600k) in a segment, that segment tied to a campaign trigger and the event is to delete the record. The records have been added in the campaign, as can be seen by the graph, but they are not being deleted.

Any ideas?

Hi, it’s always good to try to manually execute commands, like

bin/console mautic:campaigns:trigger

and see if there is an error
