I am using MailChimp. I want to move my whole marketing automation in Mautic.but I am facing issue with Mautic.when I create segment then no contact is added at there.help me out

Do you use the [Mautic.net](http://Mautic.net) hosted version or did you install it on your own server? If the second: Have you configured the mandatory cron jobs on your server?
