# Issue with email display on Outlook

Hi!  
I’m a new Mautic user and have a question about email display on Outlook. I created an email template and installed it in the panel (downloaded one of the default templates and replaced files). The template is built based on MJML.

(Gmail - i dont upload image so everything is ok)

The issue is that the email displays correctly on Gmail, but on Outlook, the entire structure breaks. I’ve tried sending several emails using default templates, and if the template contains MJML or grapeBuilder, the issue occurs as described above. There’s one template, “Paprika,” which displays well on Outlook, but only if I don’t edit it through the builder.

Hi @mt.marcelturek,

In your screenshot, I see that the **logo** appears correctly, but the other images don’t. I can’t be entirely sure, but I’m almost certain there may be some errors in your MJML code. Here are a few possible issues to check:

- The `mj-image` tag may have an incorrect `src` attribute.
- The `mj-image` tag might not be closed properly, or there could be an error in one of its properties.
- There could be an unclosed tag, possibly a column, section, or text element.
