# Issue with forms on landing page

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 3.1.2  
My PHP version is: 7.3.23  
My Database type and version is: MariaDB v10.3.17 |

**Your problem**  
My problem is: when using the js automatic form placement on a landing page, the form shows twice and one instance pushes the landing page down. Please see [https://marketing.comechsupplies.co.uk/services-enquiry2](https://marketing.comechsupplies.co.uk/services-enquiry2)

Also when using manual placement, on submission, no matter which setting the form is set to (stay on page, redirect, show message) the form processes and then ends up on a blank page. The form data is submitted and form actions are completed

These errors are showing in the log: no errors show in log and none are generated by the server

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: I’ve deleted the whole software and reinstalled to the same affect.

Hi,

I’m not entirely sure how I fixed it, I just started again, did everything the same, add the form code again using code mode and for some reason it worked this time around

That’s pretty weird. May have been a cache issue.

I see many users in the forum clearing cache as a first troubleshooting step.

As a habit having used mautic for years I always clear cache before every save but even with a cleared cache the issue still occurred.

It is very weird when you repeat the process again and the same thing happens.

I can confirm though the double form still comes up with code mode and the auto js form code. I ended up using the manual code to get around that
