# Issues preventing from scheduling email ahead of time

Hi,

We have been facing two (2) issues for some time and we would like to know if there is any solution to the following problems:

1. Unsubscribe system doesn’t work properly
2. If an email is scheduled to a segment and someone is deleted from that segment, the email doesn’t send properly (stops sending emails)

We are running Mautic v2.13.1 under Gnu/Linux.
