Friendly is a Swiss company specializing in privacy-first marketing automation and analytics. We are looking for an experienced **Mautic expert** to join our growing team.

### Your Role

- Lead and coordinate our customer support
- Manage customer projects and onboarding processes
- Share your deep Mautic expertise with customers and the team
- Help customers get the most out of Mautic

### What We’re Looking For

- Extensive hands-on experience with Mautic
- Excellent written and spoken **German** (required)
- Good English communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
- Experience in project management is a plus
