Hi Jeroen: The email is automatically built when you sign up here on the community forum! This happens automatically and works like this: [forumusername@community.mautic.org](mailto:forumusername@community.mautic.org) So for you the email address should be: [bubobox@community.mautic.org](mailto:bubobox@community.mautic.org) you should receive a confirmation on the email you used to sign up to the forum, and all the mail you receive is going to be automatically forwarded to your forum-registered email address (mautic doesn’t host the mailbox at all). ---
