# Joomla OAuth Issues

Joomla 3.7.1  
  
  
  
Hi everyone.  
  
  
  
I have a joomla website located at [https://mywebsite.com](https://mywebsite.com) and I have also installed Mautic at [https://mywebsite.com/mautic](https://mywebsite.com/mautic)  
  
I have installed the Mautic Joomla plugin and set the “Mautic base URL” to [https://mywebsite.com/mautic](https://mywebsite.com/mautic)  
  
Within Mautic I have set up my OAuth2 API credentials with the Redirect URI is setup as [https://mywebsite.com/administrator](https://mywebsite.com/administrator)  
  
I have added my Cient ID and Client secret to the Joomla plugin and set OAuth version to OAuth 2 and saved the plugin.  
  
When I now click the “Authorise” button I am redirected to [https://mywebsite.com/mautic/oauth/v2/authorize?client\_id=1\_5l866psqpkcokco48cc8os484owk0sgc8kwcc0ks4kck000044&redirect\_uri=https://mywebsite.com/administrator&state=bf5ae0a73aeaa5b1c2626c2182b2d815&scope=&response\_type=code](https://mywebsite.com/mautic/oauth/v2/authorize?client_id=1_5l866psqpkcokco48cc8os484owk0sgc8kwcc0ks4kck000044&redirect_uri=https://mywebsite.com/administrator&state=bf5ae0a73aeaa5b1c2626c2182b2d815&scope=&response_type=code)  
  
But the page displays a server error stating “Forbidden You don’t have permission to access /mautic/oauth/v2/authorize on this server.”  
  
  
  
If I create OAuth 1 credentials instead and run the process again then I get an error within Joomla stating “The requested URL /mautic/oauth/v1/request\_token was not found on this server.”  
  
  
  
I’m really not sure what I am doing wrong so any pointers would be appreciated.
