# Landing Pages Registration As Anonymous When Contact Is Known

Hello,  
  
  
  
I am having issues with getting Mautic to detect a known contact falling on a landing page and would appreciate some help resolving the problem.  
  
  
  
I am currently using the Mautic Demo which is hosted on their servers.  
  
  
  
Please see screenshots  
  
  
  
Using a landing page on a separate browser to the browser I am logged into Mautic as I know that tracking is disabled when using the browser I am logged into.

Fill in the form and clicked submit which has sent me to another landing page.
