# Last active from contact

Hi,  
  
  
  
I would like to know how’s the “last active” in Contact list works?  
  
  
  
I was thought that it is the contact which open the email campaign before, but when I was checking the email list, just found out that the email addresses are not exist or wrong.  
  
  
  
for example:  
  
[xxxxx@gmai.com](mailto:xxxxx@gmai.com)  
  
[xxxx@putlook.com](mailto:xxxx@putlook.com)  
  
[xxxx@gmil.com](mailto:xxxx@gmil.com)
