Looks like forms do not work in the latest version of mautic. I did however RE-Follow [https://github.com/mautic/mautic/pull/4656/files](https://github.com/mautic/mautic/pull/4656/files) Seemed to almost fix it but not really… But it will not display a message it will only redirect to or redirect to the message mautic page to display the message rather than elegantly staying on the form and display the thank you message above after submission… Succesful Submit Actions: Redirect URL - works Display message - redirects to page with the message (VERY UGLY but works) Remain at work - refreshs the page with ?mauticMessage=Thank you for your interest. You will hear from us soon! in the URL bar Any help would be awesome ---

I second this. I can’t get a simple message display. It works on form preview in Mautic, but not on the live site. Redirects etc. work, but yes, they are ugly! ---

We are having more problems than we would like with the new release. 1 - same issue as above 2 - buttons on forms hang on ‘please wait’ and then stop. Not loving Mautic right now - really hoping someone posts a solution soon ---

I may be wrong but I found one solution. I found that the ‘display message’ content doesn’t get copied into the code (I use manual copy - not the JS version of form which for unknown reasons refuses to render at all). If I manually add back in the success message to the - then the message displays on submission. Perhaps with the JS version, it too is not pulling the message across? ---

Make a landing page inside mautic then embed the form code. Use the landing page url --\> work 100%
